Order processing

Orders are reviewed before fulfillment. Processing time can vary by item availability, order volume and payment review requirements.

Shipping charges

Orders of $29 or more qualify for free shipping when the promotion is active and eligible at checkout. Any shipping cost shown at checkout is the final shipping cost for that order.

Delivery and tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details are sent after the carrier receives the shipment. Delivery timelines depend on destination, carrier service and local conditions.

Address changes

Contact us quickly if an address needs to be corrected. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or is handed to the carrier.
